Position

Sales Account Manager

The person will be part of the Sales team in the Middle East region with focus on developing the Genetic testing business line. They shall oversee managing the business development and commercial side of the Genetic testing portfolio and visit, convert and deal commercially with potential contacts and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Target and reach potential clients (IVF centers and doctors, Obs&Gyns, Fetomaternal) and selective specialist pediatricians, neonatology, neurology, immunology, cardiology, metabolic disorders geneticists, multispecialty hospitals, bio clinics and others.
  • Contact, visit and introduce the company’s products/tests (PGTA, PGTM, WES, Precision Panels and Single Gene analysis, NIPT, etc.) focusing on preimplantation, pre-conception, pre-natal and post-natal reproductive stages.
  • Keep up the latest test information and clinical data supplied by the company and interpret, present and discuss this data with contacts and customers during visits, calls and/or presentations.
  • Develop strong and positive working relationships with contacts and customers and assess their satisfaction level with our services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by region, product and any other segmentation requested by management.
  • Follow up on product/tests sales and customer, hospital, and centre requests.
  • Maintain and keep updated the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Plan and organize conferences, events, and activities for clients.
  • Coordinate with genetic counselors to arrange for counseling sessions for patients suffering from genetic disorders and conditions.
  • Collaborate with other physicians and biologists to determine the specific genetic tests that need to be performed on a patient.
