Job Title: Sailor 1st Class - El-Fujairah, UAE


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sailor 1st Class to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE on a contract basis. This position is open to all candidates, with a preference for Indian nationals.

As a Sailor 1st Class, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the ship's equipment and machinery, as well as performing duties related to navigation, safety, and security. You will work closely with the captain and other crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.

This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience is not required for this position; however, candidates with prior sailing experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ship's equipment and machinery
- Navigate the vessel using charts, compasses, and other navigation instruments
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Perform emergency procedures when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities during each voyage

Requirements:
- Valid Sailor 1st Class certification or equivalent
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in challenging conditions at sea
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Compensation:
