Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Safety Manager in Dubai to develop and ensure safe operating techniques across projects. You will plan and lead job site safety meetings, update site plans monthly with the team, and coordinate with subcontractors to uphold disciplinary and safety procedures.

You will train staff in safety procedures, conduct periodic inspections, maintain manuals, and manage incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in safety management, ideally in fast-paced industrial or construction environments.
• CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) preferred.
• Certified of OSHA, local safety laws, and other regulatory agencies.
• Strong leadership, ability to work independently, and proficient MS Office skills.

Professional safety certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) are highly preferred. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful safety management systems. Certified of OSHA, local safety laws, and other regulatory agencies. Sound/ethical judgment, strong leadership skills, and ability to work independently. Proficient in MS Office Suite. CPR/First Aid Certified. Experience working on commercial or civil construction projects. Skills in training and motivating colleagues
