Job summary

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, relevant safety experience, and strong English communication skills; CPR/First Aid is a plus, and multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a related safety/health and safety qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in safety, security, hospitality, or a customer service role is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
