The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Russian speaking sales executive to join our prestigious luxury jewellery team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a discerning clientele, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a vibrant luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Russian speaking customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Drive sales targets by effectively showcasing our exclusive luxury jewellery collections.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Provide impeccable customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure all jewellery pieces are securely handled and displayed.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery or high end fashion.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Self motivated, target driven and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the UAE luxury market and customer preferences is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work for 6 days.
