You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with the wait staff to ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
• Escort guests to their assigned tables
• Provide menus and explain daily specials
• Coordinate with wait staff to ensure timely service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area
• Assist with general cleaning and setup of the dining area
• Ensure the overall satisfaction of guests

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a hotel or restaurant setting
