Apt Resources is seeking a Russian-speaking Bartender in Dubai to craft cocktails and provide exemplary guest service.

Responsibilities include drink preparation, customer engagement, bar cleanliness, and accurate cash/card handling. Fluency in Russian and English is required; nights and weekends availability is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits.
• Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure including nights and weekends.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Stay informed about beverage offerings and make recommendations to guests.
• Comply with health and safety regulations regarding beverage preparation and serving.
• Assist with inventory management and reordering of supplies as necessary.
