Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to experience different areas within our Rooms Department. Our senior leaders will be there to guide and support you as you develop the necessary technical and behavioural skills to become a well‑rounded hospitality specialist.
During your time as a ULP, you will be able to take part in different training sessions organized by our Learning & Development team. These sessions are led by our Dorchester Collection Learning Academy, offering you valuable opportunities to gain exposure and learn.
