Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a hands-on Robot Service Technician to support deployment, maintenance, repair, and daily operation of robotic platforms across customer sites in Abu Dhabi.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, manage spare parts, and perform preventive maintenance while working in both workshop and field environments. A diploma or technical certification and 2+ years in industrial maintenance or robotics are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Two or more years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, robotics, automation systems, or electrical/mechanical field service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on robotic platforms.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues.
• Replace and repair motors, actuators, sensors, batteries, connectors, and wiring harnesses.
• Conduct system checks and functional testing after maintenance.
• Support robot deployments, commissioning, and site installations.
• Assist with battery management, charging systems, and docking stations.
• Maintain service records and maintenance logs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate replacements.
• Prepare and configure robotic systems for demonstrations and deployments.
• Travel to customer sites as required and follow safety procedures.
