Job summary

Al Marwan Group in Sharjah is seeking a Site Engineer - Roads & Infrastructure to support daily site execution on road projects in the UAE. The role requires hands-on experience with drawings, specifications, QA/QC and HSE practices.

Ideal candidates hold a B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with 1–2 years of UAE experience and are ready to join immediately to help maintain project timelines and ensure safety on site.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
1–2 years of UAE roads/infrastructure experience.
Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE practices.

Responsibilities

Support daily site execution of road & infrastructure works.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors & consultants.
Monitor site progress, manpower & materials.
Maintain quality, safety & project timelines.
