Job summary

A leading energy solutions company in Dubai is seeking a Road Safety Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 24 years of experience in any industry, with at least 1 year of experience managing Road Safety aspects. Strong knowledge of IVMS Software and HSE certifications is required. This is a full-time position offering opportunities to enhance road safety protocols and training within the company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 24 years of experience in any industry.
  • At least 1 year managing Road Safety aspects.
  • Lead Road Safety Coordinator must have 5 years in Road Transport Safety.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct HSE and Transport Safety orientation.
  • Implement Journey Management Plan.
  • Prepare Road Safety training materials and reports.

Position Title: ROAD SAFETY COORDINATOR

Education Qualification

Any Bachelor Degree OR Diploma (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)

Professional / Technical Qualifications
  • NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group)
  • Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)
Mandatory Skills

IVMS Software expertise & UAE Driving license

Other HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage

Experience Requirements

Minimum 24 Years of experience in any industry.

At least 1 year of experience in managing and implementing Road Safety aspects and with a specific focus on IVMS data generation and reports

Competencies
  • Ability to conduct HSE and Transport Safety orientation / induction
  • HSE awareness sessions to workers
  • Understand and implement Journey Management Plan
  • Awareness on H2S & Breathing Apparatus where applicable
  • Ability to understand and participate in Transport Safety / Road Safety Risk Assessments
  • Ability to conduct Vehicle inspections with thorough knowledge on the safety devices
  • Ability to understand and implement Transport Emergency response plans / procedures
  • Ability to prepare Road Safety awareness training materials maintain database and generate reports from IVMS or equivalent
  • Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skills
Note

Lead Road Safety Coordinator shall possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Road Transport Safety in addition to the above requirements as per the criteria defined under the Section 6.18 HSE Organization.
