Job summary

Info Resume Edge is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The RN will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with physicians, and ensure patient safety and comfort across care stages.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families in a fast-paced clinical environment such as hospitals, clinics, or home care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing country.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred or required for certain units).
• Proven clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or newly licensed nurses with strong training are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, medical procedures, and patient care standards.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychological evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, injections, and treatments in compliance with medical orders and nursing standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, promptly identifying and reporting changes in condition.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures according to established protocols.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
• Provide post-operative and post-treatment care, ensuring patient comfort and recovery.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Promote health education, disease prevention, and wellness initiatives.
• Offer emotional support, reassurance, and advocacy for patients and their families.
• Ensure patients understand medical instructions, follow-up appointments, and lifestyle recommendations.
