Job summary

Caliberly is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee all procurement activities for Ready Mix Concrete operations in the UAE. You will source materials, negotiate with suppliers, optimize costs, and ensure timely supply to support production and project delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years in procurement, with at least 5 years in RMC or construction, and strong negotiation and leadership skills. Immediate joiners preferred, with ERP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in related field.
• 5-7 years experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in Ready Mix Concrete or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of RMC materials, vendors, and market rates.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for cement, aggregates, admixtures, chemicals, spare parts, and plant equipment.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with batching plants, QC, store, and project teams for material requirements.
• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
• Maintain procurement documentation, reports, and vendor records.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Support audits, inspections, and authority approvals if required.
