Job Description

The Risk & Security Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive risk management and security programs across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of risk analysis, security protocols, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations.

Desired Skill & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Proven experience in security management or a similar role. Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough security assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Certification in security management or relevant fields is a plus.
• UAE National with Family Book.
