Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Rigging Engineer / Appointed Person with proven Oil & Gas experience to lead lifting planning and reviews. You will prepare and review lifting plans and lifting studies, and ensure compliance with lifting regulations on-site.

You must coordinate and supervise lifting operations, have strong knowledge of lifting equipment, and hold engineering qualifications. ADNOC project experience is a plus, and immediate joiner is required.

Job description

This role is open for Immediate Joiner only with the roles below:

1. Proven experience as a Rigging Engineer / Appointed Person.

2. Experience in Oil & Gas or related industrial projects.

3. Experience preparing and reviewing lifting plans and lifting studies.

4. Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices and lifting regulations.

5. Ability to coordinate and supervise lifting operations.

6. ADNOC/project experience is an advantage.

7. Relevant engineering or technical qualification.

8. Must be available for immediate joining.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering with LEEA certificates or relevant technical qualification.

2. 5+ years of experience in rigging and lifting operations within Oil & Gas or industrial projects.

3. Proven experience as an Appointed Person with strong knowledge of lift planning and lifting studies.

4. ADNOC approved project experience is highly preferred.

5. Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices, lifting regulations and HSE requirements.

6. Good communication, planning and coordination skills.

7. Able to work effectively in a site/project environment.

8. Must be an immediate joiner.
