Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services seeks an experienced Lifting Superintendent to oversee critical and non-critical lifts during shutdowns in the UAE. You will coordinate lifting operations, review lifting plans, JSAs/FRAs and risk-control measures, and collaborate with planning, operations and HSE teams.

You will lead crane operators, riggers and banksmen, conduct toolbox talks, ensure safe rigging practices and maintain lifting records.

Qualifications

• 3-years diploma or equivalent in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Oil & Gas lifting, offshore/onshore, with 5 years in a similar role.
• Competent in preparing lifting plans and executing critical lifts.
• ADNOC-approved Appointed Person is a plus.
