Job summary

Farther is seeking a seasoned Proposal Writer to own the end-to-end drafting of RFPs, RFIs, and tailored proposals for institutional prospects. You will partner with advisors to translate wealth management concepts into clear content and manage multiple pursuits.

The role leverages Google Suite, Notion, and AI tools to accelerate drafting, track projects, and coordinate across sales, advisory, and implementation teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing or related roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines autonomously.
• Experience with Google Suite and Notion for documentation.
• Curiosity and hands-on comfort with AI tools to enhance writing speed.

• Serve as the primary point of coordination across sales, advisory, and implementation workflows
• Use AI tools alongside existing content libraries to accelerate drafting and content organization

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, sales operations, project management, or advisory support
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines autonomously
• Comfort using Google Suite and Notion for documentation and workflow tracking
• Curiosity and hands‑on comfort with AI tools to enhance writing speed and organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in institutional, technical, or academic writing
• Degree or coursework in English, Communications, or Marketing
• Prior exposure to financial services, wealth management, or investment concepts
• Experience supporting proposal or RFP processes in a regulated or client-facing industry
