Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in an operational/ logistics role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple sites from operations and compliance perspectives and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop performance metrics, forecasts, budgets, and reports to improve customer experience.
• Design and roll out enterprise-wide programs to improve performance, cycle time, returns, and auditing.
