Alshaya Group is seeking a creative Retail Visual Merchandiser to design and set up eye catching window displays for our flagship H&M stores across the UAE.

You will translate fashion trends into engaging storefronts, read floor plans, and work overnight to refresh displays in collaboration with mall management. This role requires a keen eye for color, balance, and commercial impact, plus ability to coordinate with store teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Mix and match the latest clothing trends to dress mannequins attractively.
• Read commercial floor plans and arrange clothing racks to guide customer traffic.
• Execute entire store display changes during late night hours when the mall is closed.
• Place fast selling fashion items in high visibility zones based on commercial trends.
