Job summary

Midis Group is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Dubai to oversee daily store operations, sales optimization, and customer experience. The role focuses on leading the team, managing stock, and ensuring training and knowledge across the store to meet Apple guidelines and company objectives.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with responsibilities spanning budgets, scheduling, and performance reporting to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the store operational plan to exceed sales objectives.
• Lead store staff to deliver customer service and maximize sales and profitability.
• Follow Apple planogram and ensure stock visibility and replenishment.
• Prepare schedules and manage floor coverage with vacations and days off.
• Attend to customer complaints and coordinate with back office to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare periodic reports on store performance.
