Job summary

Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi seeks a Retail Stocker to keep stores and stockrooms organized, stocked, clean, and ready to support daily operations.

You will count inventory, verify replenishments, and assist with transfers, price checks, and related tasks while working closely with Retail Operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Physical fitness and attention to detail are essential; previous inventory experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Essential: Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of inventory processes.
• Moderate verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to carry and lift items and safely operate required equipment.
• Previous inventory experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain correct stock levels.
• Receive and verify stock replenishments from the warehouse.
• Process inventory counts, transfers, spoilage, and related documentation.
• Support inventory discrepancy checks and stock control activities.
• Assist with urgent orders, stock requests, and internal transfers.
• Support cashiers with price checks, barcodes, and product replacements when required.
• Keep stores and stockrooms clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, trolleys, and buggies safely.
• Communicate inventory concerns and store needs to the team.
• Participate in briefings and training to help the team meet objectives.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and Miral values.
