Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive customer satisfaction and business performance in Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances. You will ensure on-time order processing and swift complaint handling coordination with supply chain and service teams.

The role targets achieving sales objectives, optimizing product mix, and promoting slow-moving items through market surveys and competitive analysis to capture opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in sales in Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances industry is a MUST
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills are expected
• Excellent interpersonal skills and market awareness

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure processing and delivery of orders on time towards customer delight.
• Customer Satisfaction: Prompt customer servicing in terms of complaint handling coordination with supply chain and service departments.
• Business Performance: Achievement of assigned sales targets in the assigned outlet.
• Business Performance: Achievement of quantity and value targets under sales objectives to minimize the loss of business opportunities and increase market share.
• Business Performance: Ensure the right mix of products are displayed with the assigned outlet.
• Business Performance: Implement customized marketing activities to ensure secondary sales in order to promote primary sales.
• Professionalism: Actively ensure slow moving items are promoted and sold off to ensure better inventory flow.
• Professionalism: Conduct market surveys as requested or as needs arise.
• Professionalism: Monitor competition activities and provide regular MIS to the sales management for proactive actions.
