The Retail Officer supports the day‑to‑day operations of 3rd party retail function, assisting in product, commercial, and financial activities. The role works closely with the Retail Product Manager to ensure smooth coordination with hotel partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This includes managing invoices and reconciliations, supporting financial tracking, preparing presentations and performance reports, and assisting in the execution of marketing and product initiatives.
