Job Purpose:
We are seeking a results‑driven Retail & Operations Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end operations of retail outlets, drive sales, and ensure efficient business processes. The ideal candidate combines strong retail management, operational expertise, and business development skills to optimize performance and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement sales and operational strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and financial reports to make informed decisions.
- Lead, train, and mentor store teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays to maximize sales and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely stock availability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in retail operations and business development, preferably managing multiple outlets.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient with retail software, POS systems, and operational reporting tools.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
