Job summary

Work in USA in El-Ain, Egypt is seeking a Merchandiser to promote and sell products in retail stores. You will optimize product displays, monitor stock, and collaborate with store managers to drive sales.

The role requires English communication, the ability to work independently or in a team, and strong organizational skills. Experience with visual merchandising and POS systems is preferred; physical stamina for standing and lifting is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.
• Familiarity with retail software systems (e.g. POS).
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product displays to attract customers' attention.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with store managers to create effective marketing strategies.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide them with product information.
