Job summary

EcoFarm Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser (English speaking) to manage in-store product displays and promotions in El-Ain, Egypt. You will analyze sales data, collaborate with the sales team, and negotiate with store managers to secure prime shelf space.

Responsibilities include store visits, data-driven recommendations, supplier coordination, and staff training on features and promotions. This is a contract role requiring a valid Egypt work permit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar in the retail industry.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with retail software systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid work permit for Egypt.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores to set up displays and ensure products are properly stocked.
• Analyze sales data and trends to make recommendations on product assortment and promotions.
• Collaborate with sales team to create effective marketing strategies.
• Negotiate with store managers for prime shelf space and promotional opportunities.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
