Work corp is seeking a Merchandiser in Abu-Dhabi to manage stock levels, oversee merchandise flow, and provide quality customer service. The role involves planning displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring accurate labeling and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management or merchandising.
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design store layouts and merchandise displays.
• Receive and stock merchandise inventory, restock shelves as needed.
• Ensure products are labeled and priced accurately.
• Assist customers by providing information on products, availability and pricing.
• Monitor customer feedback and adjust to optimize sales performance.
• Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock turnover and taking appropriate action.
• Participate in product promotions and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
