The role requires 2+ years in merchandising, strong communication in English (Tagalog a plus), and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring accurate stock levels and impactful store presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of retail trends and customer behavior.
• Strong communication skills in English; Tagalog is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock


• Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to select new product lines and make informed decisions on pricing and promotions


• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends customer preferences and competitor activities


• Train store staff on product knowledge and visual merchandising techniques


• Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for future strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role


• Strong understanding of retail industry trends customer behavior and visual merchandising principles
