Job summary

FreshStart UAE in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Merchandiser to develop and implement merchandising strategies that maximize sales, improve product presentation, and strengthen profitability while ensuring adherence to brand standards and seasonal plans.

You will collaborate with the sales team to create effective merchandising plans based on market trends and customer demand, monitor inventory, conduct store visits, analyze sales data, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail in Dubai or GCC.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning developing and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability

This position is open to Indian nationals with no English language requirement

• Train store staff on product knowledge visual merchandising techniques and sales techniques
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends competitors and customer preferences

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry in Dubai or other GCC countries
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to travel within Dubai for store visits
