We’re looking for a commercially minded, fashion-forward Retail Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of Pineapple Dubai’s flagship store.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a boutique retail experience from the ground up, combining your leadership skills, operational know-how, and creative eye to bring one of the UK’s most iconic brands to life in Dubai.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, leading a motivated team, maintaining high visual and service standards, and ensuring Pineapple Dubai delivers an unforgettable customer experience every single day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of Assistants
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations including opening, closing, and cash handling.
• Implement SOPs for sales, stock control, and customer service excellence.
• Track and analyse sales performance to hit and exceed monthly targets.
• Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and replenishment cycles.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run local campaigns, seasonal promotions, and events
• Maintain a polished, on-brand store environment that reflects Pineapple’s creative energy.
• Build and nurture customer relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.
• Support accurate financial reporting, payroll submissions, and petty cash reconciliation.
• Monitor trends and present insights during fortnightly operations meetings.

Who You Are

• An experienced Retail Manager (3–5 years minimum), ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury.
• Confident leading teams, building culture, and driving performance through coaching and example.
• Analytical and commercially savvy comfortable reading KPIs and making data-led decisions.
• Creative and brand-aware with strong visual merchandising skills.
• Highly organised and proactive with a “hands‑on” management style.
• Positive, self‑motivated, and resilient in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Passionate about fashion, dance, and performance culture.
• Proficient in Shopify or other retail/POS systems.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus).
