Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Finance Analyst for Inventory & Stock Control on a 1-year contract. You will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate cycle counts, and provide analysis to drive financial and operational improvements.

The role requires strong inventory accounting knowledge, Excel mastery, and experience with ERP systems. You will work across Finance, Supply Chain, Buying, Warehouse, and Store Operations teams to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control inventory movements across warehouses, stores, and distribution channels.
Ensure inventory balances are accurately reflected within financial and inventory systems.
Review and reconcile inventory accounts, stock adjustments, and related postings.
Support month-end and year-end inventory close activities.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
