Al Tayer Group is seeking a Retail Finance Analyst - Inventory & Stock Control to join our Finance team. You will ensure inventory accuracy, monitor stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and provide analysis to drive financial accuracy and operational excellence across stores, warehouses, and distribution channels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 3–5 years in inventory accounting or retail finance, and strong Excel and ERP experience.

Formación

• 3-5 years in Inventory Accounting, Retail Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in fast-paced multi-site retail environments.
• Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and COGS.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control inventory movements across warehouses, stores, and channels.
• Reconcile inventory accounts and postings; support month-end close.
• Coordinate cycle counts and stock-taking activities; resolve discrepancies.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with controls.
