Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Business System Administrator to manage core business systems (ERP, CRM, inventory/merchandising) in a retail environment. You will ensure system uptime, data integrity and actionable reporting for operations and management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/business systems and 3–5 years in a systems admin or business systems support role, preferably in retail. Strong English, good communication and stakeholder management are essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business systems or related field.
3–5 years of experience in systems administration or business systems support.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems, user access control, and data integrity.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.
English fluency; Arabic is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure and maintain ERP/CRM, inventory, and merchandising platforms to align with retail operations and business needs.
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and onboarding/offboarding; maintain data security.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues; coordinate with IT infrastructure and vendor support.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and support configuration changes, testing, deployment and documentation.
Maintain data integrity: master data, reconciliations, and reports/dashboards for operational use.
Support upgrades, patches, testing and change control procedures.
