  • Control day to day operations
  • Maintain an efficient customer relation management system
  • Attend seasonal buying sessions
  • Supervise staff performance
  • Lead and motivate team
  • Train and develop
  • Participate actively in the opening of new shops
  • Coordinate with Different departments
