A leading luxury interiors company in Dubai is seeking a Retail Brand Manager to oversee showroom operations and brand execution. The role requires experienced leadership in retail brand management, a strong understanding of customer behavior in the luxury sector, and the capacity to develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Role Overview
The Retail Brand Manager will oversee showroom management retail strategy and brand execution to ensure Huxberry Bedding continues to set the benchmark in premium interiors with a focus on bedding and upholstered furniture. This is a hands-on role balancing operational excellence customer experience sales leadership and brand positioning.
Showroom Management
Oversee day-to-day showroom operations ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Manage visual merchandising product displays and brand presentation in line with brand guidelines.
Supervise and train retail sales staff to deliver a premium customer experience.
Monitor showroom KPIs including footfall conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Brand & Retail Strategy
Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness and sales growth.
Plan and implement in-store activations product launches and promotional events.
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with showroom activities.
Build and maintain relationships with retail partners mall operators and vendors.
Sales & Performance
Set and track sales targets for the showroom team.
Analyze sales performance and customer insights to optimize operations and drive profitability.
Recommend new initiatives to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
5 years of experience in retail brand management and showroom operations (luxury interiors bedding or premium retail preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing retail performance.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of customer behavior in the premium/luxury retail sector.
