Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects in the Bani Yas area. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate teams and manage risks to ensure successful completion of initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a business/PM background, strong leadership, and excellent communication abilities. This position is based in the UAE and requires close collaboration with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role with minimal work experience.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
• Monitor progress of projects against pre-defined timelines.
• Identify any potential risks or issues associated with each project.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources required, roles/responsibilities of team members etc.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders throughout the duration of each project.
• Track progress of each project against pre-defined metrics/milestones.
• Prepare regular status reports tracking progress against timelines etc.
