This role falls under our Five Guys umbrella. As our Five Guys team continues to grow, we’re in search of a Restaurant Supervisor for our Dubai Festival City, Dubai Branch. The supervisor will perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, ensuring compliance with the company and brand standards in all areas of operation.

  • Leads Crew Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager, including supervising employee training, opening and closing the store, safeguarding all cash and takings, ensuring all food preparation is complete, and managing employee breaks and shift changes.
  • Excels in performing all Crew Member tasks.
  • Maintains fast, accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and ensures all products are consistent with the brand standards.
  • Makes sure the restaurant adheres to company, local municipality and brand standards regarding cleanliness, organization, food safety and customer accessibility.
  • Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
  • Offers friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
  • Carries out any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications
  • College Level or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry and reporting in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
