Duties and Responsibilities
- Organization of the restaurant operations on a daily basis with various shift assignments.
- Ensuring the personnel's full awareness of the menu and service offered by the brand.
- Keeping the restaurant clean and organized for the full day service while following food code requirements.
- Finding the most efficient way to serve food, drinks, and pastries regardless of footfall.
- Engaging staff on assigned shifts to work positively and harmoniously, reaching sales and performance targets.
- Planning staff schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and swift performance.
- Managing and assisting with documentation related to staff sick leave and HR requests.
- Being responsible and fully involved in the restaurant's operations.
- Conducting inventories and stock takes regularly, refilling stocks on time, and maintaining par levels for all ingredients.
- Predicting and preventing guest dissatisfaction, turning guest comments into positive improvements for the company.
- Ensuring equipment is properly maintained and managed.
- Arranging records, files, and service reports necessary for restaurant operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous UAE or Gulf experience in a managerial position with at least staff members.
- Being friendly, strict, and fair to the team.
- Being positive, self-confident, and ambitious.
- Willingness to be part of a warm and friendly team.
- Additional training, tastings, and guidance will be provided.
- English speaking; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
- Proficient in using laptops, mobile devices, and managing schedules, reports, and team communications online.
- Neat, tidy personality with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
