Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred).
• Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability in previous roles.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff performance.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Train and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Create schedules for employees that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates on business operations.
