Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Role Purpose

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure seamless service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who inspires the team, drives performance, and upholds the brand’s standards while optimizing profitability and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Manage and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Prepare and implement staff schedules aligned with business forecasts and operational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels to control costs and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure operating equipment and furniture are in top condition and reflect the brand image.
Team Management & Development
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and uphold company values.
  • Conduct regular training sessions aligned with departmental SOPs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise grooming standards, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and develop high-potential team members for future leadership roles.
Guest Experience
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring warm hospitality and swift resolution of complaints.
  • Maintain a professional, approachable presence on the restaurant floor.
  • Work closely with the creative and culinary teams to implement promotional activities and menu enhancements.
Financial & Administrative Control
  • Monitor revenue performance and cost control in alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of daily sales, inventory movements, and operational reports.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to drive revenue and brand visibility.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.
  • Ensure all team members are trained and compliant with fire and emergency procedures.
  • Report and document any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE F&B or hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
