Job Description
  • Lead the restaurant team as the front as a hands‑on leader
  • Strategize on new products and service offerings whilst closely collaborating with the marketing leader
  • Proactive approach in recommending innovative marketing ideas, F&B trends, and executing those thus driving revenues
  • Good financial understanding of budgets and monitors and controls the performance of the restaurant
  • Delivering memorable moments for our guests every day, everywhere and every time
  • Leading and coaching the team, helping them in the execution of their responsibilities and set their own goals and objectives
  • Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in the restaurant to ensure that they conform to the requisite brand standards
Qualifications
  • Service focused personality and previous leadership experience leading a food and beverage team
  • Strong and up‑to‑date in food & beverage knowledge and trends
  • Excellent administration, communication and organizational skills
  • Good project management skills with experience in opening outlets with new concepts
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Service oriented with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work effectively
  • Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures and generations
  • Ability to speak European languages would be an added advantage
