RESTAURANT MANAGER - ABU DHABI
I am currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for one of our client's casual upmarket vibey restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, staff, customer satisfaction, and financial health to ensure the establishment runs smoothly and profitably.

A bit about the role
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. Develop and implement consistent SOPs for both head office and operations. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Make prompt decisions, communicating clearly with head office and operations teams, especially in challenging situations. Drive innovation with strategic, long-term planning
- Overseeing daily operations, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring smooth service.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising kitchen and waiting staff, as well as resolving employee conflicts.
- Ensure exceptional satisfaction by engaging with guests, addressing concerns, and enhancing the dining experience. Monitor social media reviews for feedback and improvement opportunities. Resolve complaints to achieve satisfaction, foster loyalty, and encourage guests to become regulars
- Managing budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels for daily operations. Monitor all purchasing costs (food, beverages, consumables, etc.) impacting the P&L. Ensure accurate month-end inventory counts. Maintain a monthly inventory of assets (equipment, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.).
- Maintaining food quality, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry in UAE.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for the dining experience.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary Package : AED15000 - 20000 + benefits
