As a Hostess you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for their guests ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant providing a warm and friendly welcome
• Manage the reservation system effectively ensuring all bookings are organized
• Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient dining service
• Communicate menu options to guests and answer any questions they may have
• Assist in seating guests and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit
• Manage guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Keep the restaurant organized and tidy ensuring high levels of cleanliness

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a similar role
