Job summary

Sharaf DG Energy is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage residential solar projects from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements. The role acts as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and site operations.

You will review technical drawings, perform site surveys, assist with system sizing and equipment selection, coordinate installation schedules, and oversee inverter setup and grid connection processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in solar PV project coordination, installation, or technical operations.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and layouts.
• Familiarity with grid-tied residential solar standards and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate solar PV projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Review drawings, SLDs, and BOQs with engineering teams.
• Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility and constraints.
• Coordinate installation schedules and ensure compliance with specs.
• Oversee inverter configuration, grid synchronization, and testing.
• Ensure documentation of as-built drawings and commissioning reports.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure equipment availability.
• Work with sales and BD to validate feasibility before closure.
