Qualifications

• 25 - 30 years of experience required.
• Experience in Residential, Retail, and mixed-use projects is mandatory.
• Experience with villas, low-rise, medium, and super high-rise projects.

Responsibilities

• Create Design Pitches using AI.
• Manage team resources and lead Design and Change Management.
• Deliver projects from Feasibility to Schematics.

Excellent Free Hand Sketching ability

Excellent Use of Technology for Design

Ability to develop design standards

Demonstrated track record in real estate

Excellent Design Presentation

Excellent team management

Advanced negotiations skills

In depth knowledge of construction management

Proficient with Adobe and Autodesk suites

Knowledge of IBC and DM Codes
