Residences Assistant Housekeeping Manager

As Residences Assistant Housekeeping Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the housekeeping department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort/hotel, including types of rooms, their locations and layouts.
• Support the Director of Residences and focus on the rejuvenation of the room/public area and laundry experience.
• Administer all housekeeping and laundry facilities and ensure a secure environment for guests.
• Ensure all policies, procedures and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.
• Work in partnership with Front Office/Guest Services, Reservations and F&B to determine and meet guests’ needs and oversee the overall smooth operation of the Housekeeping department.
• Instill a cost‑focused philosophy through training and education.
• Operate the property consistently with all legal, statutory and financial requirements, documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices and budgetary controls.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management (or equivalent) and more than five years’ experience in a similar operational role within luxury hotels.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
