A global hospitality company is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to lead the teams at Fairmont The Palm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in this role and 3 years in a leadership position within room reservations. Responsibilities include hiring, developing talent, and managing reservations standards. The position is full-time and requires familiarity with Accor systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years experience as an Assistant Reservations Manager.
- Minimum 3 Years experience in leading Room Reservations Teams.
- Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems a must.
- Experience from working in Resorts a plus.
Responsibilities
- Leads the Reservation Teams of Fairmont The Palm.
- Hires and develops talent for future growth within the company.
- Implements practices and initiatives that create an engaged team.
- Develops and maintains reservations standards that drive revenues.
- Ensures appropriate scheduling to minimize response time to customers.
- Is fluent in all Accor distribution and reservations systems.
- Partakes in Revenue Strategy Meetings and works on revenue initiatives.
- Manages and liaises with other departments on room upsell programs.
