Qualifications

• Proficiency in Russian or German language is preferred.
• Strong English skills required.
• Previous experience in the Reservations/Sales function within the hotel/leisure sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department.
• Manage telephone, fax and email enquiries professionally.
• Understand seasonal and historical trends to maximize occupancy.
• Identify new contacts and develop sales leads to maximize revenue.
• Ensure Team Members are developed effectively.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
