Job description

We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation process.

  • Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guests
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with utmost professionalism
  • Optimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenities
  • Provide comprehensive information about our property, facilities, and accommodate special requests
  • Ensure accurate processing of reservations, including correct recording of all guest details and preferences
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns
  • Maintain current knowledge of promotions, rates, and availability to provide precise information
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of the property's policies, procedures, and services
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of service

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year Front Office, Reservations or Sales experience required.
  • Must possess professional telephone etiquette and have an excellent command of the English language.
  • Must be flexible with shift start / end times and available to work both weekdays and weekends, depending on operational needs.
  • Property Manager (Opera), and Microsoft Office applications experience an asset
