InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Reservation Manager to lead our hotel reservations operations. Reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in managing all hotel reservation activities, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay, just moments from iconic landmarks such as Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay offers 176 meticulously designed residences and hotel rooms, combining luxury, comfort, and elegance. As Reservation Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during the booking process, setting the tone for their stay and upholding the high standards of the InterContinental brand.
